Been 20yrs with them...VERY rude and sarcastic when attempting to be nice...if I dress nice or they find out I'm making a large deposit or withdrawal they change for the better...Also they seem to be upset if I don't use the ATM and walk in, they should be happy they aren't replaced by an ATM...Same attitude at the 16/73 bank location.
they have charged my husband 5 times for an over draft fees when we have cancelled the accounts
Slowest bank ever. I have to make a payment here & spend your whole lunch break even if during the week. Would NEVER have any other kind of account her. I'm tired of waiting every time!
Going on vacation the lady never gave me time to explain my situation therefore I had no help at all. Awful
The absolute slowest bank on the planet! It is ridiculous! I work in gastonia and try to never come to this bank but when i do it is the worst experience every single time not just once or twice but constantly slow service. Like you will def be here 30 mins no matter what, thats at the teller line. Talk to a banker yeh prob a hr or more.
