Excellent very well upkeep on merchandise they get trucks in every Monday through Friday restocking I buy a lot of household items including at checkout Seattle's best and Starbucks coffee can't beat the prices. We recently moved here and I have purchased all new linens, pillows, mattress covers towels, great designer perfumes and other toiletries of excellent quality including all new pots and pans Lenox. I went today in my lunch time just to get one present that i was missing for a friend i went to the line to pay and when i was with the cashier i noticed that i left my credit card in the car so i told her i was coming back in 2 min. When i came back she was with another customer that is fine i was just waiting beside them and she look at me and told me that i have to go on the line again...i just had one article i already did the line once! That is very poor customer service. I am a CSR and i will never do that to one of mu customers! So i told her thank you i dont want to get anything any more!
They might not have everything but they do have women's clothes and men,kids,and infant shoes and even toys men's perfume and men's necklaces watches for all very good prices
LOVE IT! they need more help. Love to go to Ross one downfall they have is they need more help. Someone to clean up especially the intimate apparel bras underwear you can spend too much time looking for a size cuz people just jerk them out put them back anywhere they want to this is my beef with Ross cuz I love to get a bra that cost $75 in Dillards for $12 in Ross if I would work there even part-time I would say please let me clean up this section that's one of my pet peeves
