Very impressed with the Lincolnton office today! Short wait time, awesome staff, and great location. Marc is awesome and did so good with my 9 month old daughter. Much rather come to the Lincolnton office then Hickory because the wait time is minimal in comparison.
The staff were friendly and it doesn't take long for a appointment .I saw Dr Williams he explained everything he was going to do.he has a great bedside manner.also he didn't look at his watch every minute like some of the Doctors I have seen in the past.I can't say enough about Dr Williams.so I say go find out for your self and see him.
I've been seeing Dr. Cost for a few years now, she did sinus surgery on me in 2014.I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cost, she is very professional, but also treats her patients as individuals instead of numbers. Dr. Cost is very attentive to her patients needs, any time I have been sick and needed to be seen she goes above and beyond to get me in that day. Dr. Cost is very thorough in her assessments and always listens to my needs. I've no regrets on my choice for an ENT surgeon.

This office is amazing and so helpful! They return calls quick and the staff is amazing! My son has to have a adneoidectomy with Dr. Mauldin and I couldn't be happier with who is doing it! Sandra and Lynn are also very amazing and caring and take the time to help you with whatever you need! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!
