terrible place to service your deceased family, the lady who handles arrangements was very very rude, heartless, cold, and insensitive. she only saw dollar signs and tried to sell my family everything under the sun. Her tone while talking to us was as if we were all infectious, and trash. note that we are a standard middle class family and we're just trying to properly bury our deceased grandfather. The lady was all in all a heartless unprofessional employee. i recommend going elsewhere like drum's funeral home for servicing your deceased family member. SHe should have better customer service skills if she is going to work with the public especially the people who are distraught and grieving over a loved one. We couldnt even properly say our final goodbyes to our grandfather, due to being so offended by sally, the lady who makes arrangements we felt very robbed of a descent funeral fo our grandfather.

My mother passed away July 17th, 2016 in Lincolnton, NC. My family opt to use Warlick Funeral Home. I have to admit, most of the gentlemen were awesome during this time. I do feel, I should have had more time on the obituary. Moving on... I got my mothers death certificate in the mail and its messed up. I spoke with a NICE GENTLEMAN named DOUG, I do believe. He has assisted me more than anyone. Kim at the front desk, is RUDE RUDE RUDE- that being said, I have no plans to use your company when my family is in need again. Kim (front office) was to call me if she had any questions. Mr. Al maybe you should have called me. I just want this to be over. Please get my mothers death certificate RIGHT. You have documentation but Kim in the front office was waiting on $15.00 before she filed any amendment. REALLY??? Why didn't I get a call? First I've heard of this! My daddy is ill and isn't married to my mother. Please see this is handled. I left my telephone number with a Doug, if you should have any questions. Kim also said your company had 4 services tomorrow, she wasn't sure when she would get the amendment filed. REALLY???? You got our money and your front desk treat your clients this way?
