They open at 10 . I waited for 15 minutes, and no one showed up. When I talked to a Walmart employee, she said this happens all the time!
My son just had to get a buzz cut after what they did to his head. My husband and son both are going to have to go somewhere else to get their hair fixed. All we wanted was simple hair cuts. We will NEVER be back.
