I can't believe how uncaring of their customers Saine Hardware can be. I special ordered a Stihl hedge trimmer package and specified that it was for a gift and needed it in the box. When it came in they didn't call me to let me know and instead opened the box and put the trimmer on display. When I called and discovered this the salesman said he could get the box from the dumpster! Yea, nice gift from the dumpster. Obviously they don't care at all about their customers.
