Staff is nice and helpful. They have some great lighting, obviously. I've discovered that all lighting is high, but don't look for good deals here. I also found out that they just get their stuff online where you could just get it yourself.
Yeah! I finally found a shop that still carries well made shades, not the junk you find at Wal Mart, Target, etc.. The real thing of silk, metal, etc. for any size lamp. The people are VERY easy to work with and you actually talk to a person. I had to guess on a replacement shade size for a Stiffel lamp I purchased that was vintage. The shade needed to have the hole in the spider spindle altered for the lamp and they did at no charge AND exchanged the one I had ordered for the next size, with no hassle. I would definitely recommend to those of you looking for nice shades for your better quality lamps. Let's keep this kind of business going in the USA!
