My husband and I have chosen to stay at this very fine BnB on several occasions, because our first time was so special. What a relaxing respite from daily living! A spacious, lovely, immaculate, step back in time to an earlier era. Not enough can be said about the hosts, Allison and John. They are so warmly welcoming, knowledgeable and informative regarding their unique property’s interesting history, and helpful and accommodating in every way. The breakfast is always delicious and Allison gladly adjusts the menu for any guest’s dietary needs. Just request in advance! The community of Lincolnton has various enjoyable activities, dining options, and festivals. Also isn’t too far from Charlotte!
Location is very well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
After a long day on the road from Florida, we were late arriving. Our hostess came out to the road to meet us and make sure we found the correct driveway, guided us in (in a 25-foot-long, 12 foot high motor home!) so we didn't get off the driveway, and made us a late dinner!
Lovely home and grounds. Hostess is lovely and made us feel so welcome. She served tea and scones and told us about growing up in England.
