Just make sure if you know of someone who is buying a home use another company for inspection plus be real careful using there men that work for them.
Not a great place if you're looking for someone who works! I've contacted 2 different agents here it's been over a month and haven't heard from either one. (Alex, Deb) I recommend you use someone you know or a different realtor, of one that will Work for you!
They misrepresented the house on 694 Walker Branch Road. We offered $1K over asking price based on the disclosures they signed. Legally, they attested by signature that there was nothing wrong with it. It ended up having major termite damage and multiple problems and disrepair. The agent D. Pope was rude and uncooperative with our agents. We lost $1085 because they were dishonest. They didn't even apologize or make any concessions over our loss. Now, it is still listed for the same price. I understand they are required by law to disclose everything that is wrong with it. Buyers beware!!!!!
