Would have given it a 5 star...but a waiter named Norman in a blue shirt and a douche hair cut, bumped into me as I walked the the row of booths and felt up my chest.... very rude. Other than that, great food.
Great food, sometimes can be a wait but it's like most on the wait. They do have a bar. I've always been treated really good it's a steak house so some things are a little pricey. They have great cheese fries.
We waited 30 mins to be seated at 2 pm on a Saturday. Obviously you think of 2 pm being an off time and it was as there were large amounts of empty tables. Apparently they didn't have the wait staff to cover them though. We waited another 15 or so minutes to get a drink and place an order. When my husband's margarita came out it had visible black specs flaring in it of unknown origin, it was swapped for a Coke and "comped. When our burgers arrived they were way over cooked, to the point of being crunchy. My husband's was supposed to have chili and beans but it arrived plain. Over all it was a horrible experience and I could have gotten a much better burger across the road at McDonald's for 99¢ We won't be returning
I really enjoyed myself. I wasn't very expensive. Danielle was a great waitress. I would go again.
A great Southern chain with good food and friendly service. On this visit, I tried a really good combo of ribs and tenders. When traveling, we always enjoy a stop at a Fatz in the Carolinas.
