I downloaded a moto app, i got and oil change for a 6 guart oil car 23.51 was so suprised, just to buy 6 quarts oil, my car uses synthetic, would cost over 30.0p so i really saved and they did oil change in 15 minutes. Highly recommend, friendly and knowledgeable!! Will do all my oil changes there.
Always treated respectfully and fairly any time I take my vehicle here. Logan is a great guy and always makes sure to check up and see if I am satisfied. The staff is very friendly, never had a bad encounter here.
This place absolutely sucks. They are a bunch of liars and con artist plain and simple. They told me both my front tires were slightly worn on the inside but they would rotate them to the back and it would fix the issue. I was just under my car changing the oil and I have 1 tire on the front that is SIGNIFICANTLY worn out. I can see the metal band. They made it sound like it was no big deal but the truth is my wife drives this car everyday and could have wrecked when the tire blew out. They also claim to have fixed other parts of my car but I strongly feel they overcharged me and did nothing. I beg you, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I will never go back to this place!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I've never been more disgusted in a place in my entire life. They supposedly replaced my engine coils and spark plugs in December '16 which costs over $500 and came with a warranty. Last week, my car started acting up again, the same exact way it did when they replaced the engine coils. It was spuddering and wasn't firing right. We took the car back to Clark Tire in Lincolnton last Thursday, they kept it over night. The next day we were told by Logan the engine coils were just fine but we needed a thermostat. He quoted us some crazy amount and I said no, we will get someone else to look at it. So, today we dropped it off with a more reputable and honest car repair shop. Well what do you know?! We were shown the engine coils were firing from the side, exactly what I had a feeling about. We saw it ourselves. We gave Clark Tire the opportunity to fix their shoddy work since everything was under warranty, but they failed. So now, we are having to fork out another $600 to fix their horrible work. I called and spoke with Logan to express my disgust. He said he had his "#1 guy with integrity" look at it and he didn't see the misfire. I'm a female who knows nothing about cars and I saw it immediately. Very deceitful people. Please, please save your money and not do business here. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they dupe so many people.
