I've always had great service here. I've always bought my tires here at good prices and they always throw in free rotations. Def recommend.
I don't give poor reviews idly. Let me begin by saying this is an excellent tire and inspection shop. Everyone is courteous, the service is pretty quick, and the prices are fair. But if you want to have alignment done, don't do it here. I took my car here to have alignment done after replacing several steering and suspension components. I left the castle nuts on the new tie rod ends just snug and the cotter pins straight because I knew they would have to take both off to do the alignment. Got the car back and was very disappointed to find that it pulled to one side and vibrated badly at speed. Rather than write a poor review right away I took it back and gave management a chance to fix it. I was told "everything was in spec" and that I had a cheaper, out-of-round tire on the front. Fair enough; the truth is they are cheap tires. After driving for a week I couldn't stand it anymore so I lifted the car again for another inspection. Lo and behold, the cotter pins in the tie rod ends are straight as an arrow. Took them out and loosened the tie rod end nuts. They were just snug, right where I left them before taking them to have the alignment done. I proceeded to line everything up by eye (it was noticeably off) and got a better result than what they gave me. Country Town: You guys are great but you need to FIRE your alignment guy; he screwed me. And when I kindly pointed out there was a problem, it wasn't fixed. That's on management. I don't take kindly to that kind of thing, not when it's hard-earned money that gets paid for a service. Sorry for the rant but this is not the kind of service I've come to expect from your establishment. Call me if you want to discuss, I think you know who I am. 2006 Buick Lucerne.
